You can permanently delete your Primelane account directly from the app. Deleting your account removes your profile and personal information from Primelane, in line with our Privacy Policy.

Before you delete

Please note that deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Before you proceed:

• Make sure you have no active or upcoming trips.

• Settle any outstanding balance on your account, as you remain responsible for unpaid fees.

• Withdraw or use any remaining wallet balance, as it may not be recoverable after deletion.

Steps to delete your account

1. Open the Primelane app and sign in to your account.

2. Tap the Account tab at the bottom of the screen.

3. Go to Security & Privacy.

4. Select Delete account.

5. Review the information shown about what will be deleted.

6. Confirm by tapping Delete and following the final prompt.

Once confirmed, your account and associated personal data will be deleted.

What happens to your data

When your account is deleted, we remove your personal information from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Some information may be retained where we are legally required to keep it — for example, transaction or tax records — for the period required by law. After that period, it is deleted.
